CP HOMES
CP Homes is a residential, assisted living facility designed for active seniors. CP Homes seeks to attract immigrant investors under the EB-5 Regional Center program in order to create much needed jobs in qualifying Targeted Employment Areas ("TEA"), while providing seniors with high quality integrated residential and medical services. Investments made into qualifying EB-5 Regional Center projects, such as CP Homes, are reduced to $500,000.
CP participates under the USCIS approved CP Regional Center, Inc. and also participates in Alabama under the auspices of ACFI.
CP Homes' operational team is comprised of Pacrim International Capital Inc., a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and Country Place Living, founded by Jack West.
